Tuesday - a great day!

Tonight we shared in worship with our brothers Brandon and Kimo. It was a one of a kind experience, as that worship was in one of their sacred places.

We laughed, we sang, some shed some tears, but most of all, we talked about how we have already built a bond as brothers, sisters, and most of all as Christians!

                                                      Team : Mission Possible

Today was an amazing day. To start off, the weather was pretty chilly, until the middle of the morning. Once we got there, we had to square off the holes so that we had undisturbed soils. Once that was done for all three cabins, we started working on the floor boards for the cabins. All the frames & joists were assembled, many boards were cut for the actual floor boards.
The best part was the devotions. We went back to the to he camp grounds and built a fire in the teepee, and got to hear more of Brandon & Kimo's story for Spirit Journey. The motivation for me now as the trip continues, is the look in Brandon's face as he told us about his passion for for Spirit Journey living through us, the YSP group, as we find ways to amaze our selves and see the cabins built, and our work to be enjoyed by the Spirit Journey youth for years to come as they receive the same thing that I was able to through my best friend, brother and mentor. The youth that Brandon works with and his passion makes me grateful every day we are here, because I would be somewhere completely different without him.
