Saturday from Charlevoix to Mackinac (french spelling) Island

We had a great weekend so far. After we left Mentor UMC Friday morning we drove to the Henry Ford museum we had a tour of the River Rouge factory and saw them build the F-150, we spent most of the day at the museum looking at all the exhibits. Wow!!!!
 
   After that we drove another 5 HOURS to Charlevoix UMC - our home for the weekend. Getting in just before midnight, so we all went to bed really quickly.
 
   Saturday morning Pauley woke us up and we drove to Mackinaw Island. We toured the Fort Mackinac and tried all 17 fudge stores (they give FREE samples!!!!!!!!) Diner was great at the Yankee Rebel Tavern. Then we headed back to Charlevoix for the night and to explore the town and waterfront. Some enjoyed the ice cream, some just enjoyed the town. Great (tiring) day overall.
